The Astoria Warming Center relies heavily on volunteers to operate the winter overnight shelter and the spring/summer/fall shower hours. Volunteers prepare and serve meals, monitor the overnight shelter, supervise shower hours and keep the shelter facility ready for use.

Volunteer trainings will be held in the early fall to prepare for the winter season. To volunteer, please email astoriawarmingcenter@gmail.com and we will contact you when the training sessions are scheduled.

Astoria Warming Center is a 501(c)3 charitable organization, so donations are tax deductible.
